Da Du

No boat image available

Despite her hull code being from 1929, it is believed that Da Du was built for the 1928 Amsterdam Olympics.

She was briefly owned by William Vett in Copenhagen but in 1929 was sold again to Italy. There, she sailed competitively in local championships, placing second in the Coppa Genova and Coppa Unione.

Between 1932 and 1962 she changed ownership four times, all within Europe. Her owner in 1962 renamed her Tiger and sailed her until his death in 2012.

In 2013, she was described as being “perfectly maintained” and “kept strictly original to her 1928 construction”.
