No boat image available

Marylette was was designed by David Boyd and was one of three yachts (one of two Sixes – Marletta being the other) built by Alexander Robertson & Sons for Lt Col J E Harrison, who lived at Marwell Hall in Hampshire in the UK from 1932.

By July 1965 Marylette had been sold to Trinidad. In April 1968 Marylette won the Girl Pat Trophy in the Trinidad Yachting Association’s 95 mile race to Grenada. In 1977,  the yacht was moved to Barbados by the same owner.

In 1992, Marylette was lost during Hurricane Andrew in Martinique, when the keel broke off.
