British American Cup, match one, third series, 1934

The British American Cup is a team sport, Britain and America each entering four yachts. The individual points for each team are combined for each race and accumulate accross the match. The Cup was raced by International Six Metre class yachts from its inaugural competition in 1921 until 1955. The competition was revived in 1974 though not for six metre yachts.

The third series consisted of four matches: 1934, 1936, 1938, and post-war in 1949.

America won the 1934 match 3-0. Races were cancelled on the 28th and 29th September due to bad weather.

America led the series 1-0
